Salary on appointment will be £36,333 per annum, with an annual increment up to £43,155 per annum. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Manager to join the IT and Computing Service.

The IT Support Manager is responsible for delivering an effective and efficient IT Support service. Leading and managing the IT Support team, you will focus on service delivery, implementing service standards, and developing processes based on industry best practice. You will also build effective working relationships across the University, as well as manage and influence suppliers that underpin key services.

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a customer service-based environment, and experience of supervising or managing and developing an effective team in a complex environment. You must be able to meet all essential criteria in the candidate brochure. 

This full-time post is available on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
