On offer is an opening for an IT Support Team Leader to join an award-winning MSP at management level that is currently experiencing a strong period of growth, with ambitious aims to grow further in the next 12 months. You will receive the training, support and certifications required to ensure you stay ahead of emerging technologies.

In this role, the successful IT Support Team Leader will be responsible for line managing the Service Desk team, conducting 1-2-1 meetings, and creating and updating training plans, whilst also some hands on IT Support work.

This role would suit an experienced IT Support Team Leader who is looking to further their career for a highly reputable, award-winning MSP.

The Role:

  • The day to day running of the Service Desk
  • Accountable for maintaining Service CSAT & SLA KPI records and hitting targets
  • Leading and developing a team of Service Engineers, conducting 1-2-1s

The Person:

  • Experience as a 2nd/3rd Line engineer
  • Experience leading a team
  • Within reliable commuting distance to Frome
