The role will be working from the HQ and also attending events to support clients with technical and systems support. The candidate must have a full uk driving license as travel is required with the role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, diagnose and resolve IT issues.
  • Manage helpdesk requests.
  • Install configure an maintain software and hardware components.
  • Monitor system and network performance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of hardware,software and IT Systems.
  • Ability to install, configure and update software
  • Experience in operating systems | Windows and MacOS
  • Proven experience in a technical support and customer service enviroment

Salary and role details

  • Up to £25,000k
  • There will be an element of travelling with the role
