IT Support & Training Officer at University of Cambridge
Job Description
St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an IT Support & Training Officer . This post involves working as part of the team providing an IT support service for college members in person and remotely, including running an in-person Helpdesk in the Library during term time. The IT Support & Training Officer co-ordinates IT Training and the IT support portal including writing documentation and delivering one-to-one and small group training.
If appointed, you will join a friendly team of nine staff in the IT department with a diverse range of skills working in newly built office accommodation. IT is increasingly key to the operation of the College and this is a great opportunity to get a very broad experience of IT service delivery.
