Job description: Are you looking for an opportunity within the Finance Industry? Are you a talented IT professional looking for an exciting new opportunity?If so, Reqiva are partnered with a fintech company who are looking for a confident IT Technician to join the team. As the primary IT contact within the company, the successful candidate will provide technical support and guidance to internal users across our 3 offices around the UK, championing and implementing cyber security measures, and be proactive in finding ways IT can improve existing business processes.This will be a hybrid opportunity with the head office in the Berkshire area. The salary on offer for this position is up to £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience.The IT Technician will have the following experience:
- Competent in Microsoft 365 administration, including Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams and Defender
- Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune
- This candidate must have minimum 4 years of commercial experience
- Confident taking ownership of all the companies IT issues (reporting into the IT/Development Manager)
- Provide technical support to the wider business on hardware, software and network related issues
