Job description: MCS Group is seeking IT workplace engineers to join a global financial powerhouse as they look to build a new team within their Belfast HQ. In this role, you will support end users across a variety of technology platforms, from applications to hardware, all within an environment where you will be encouraged to step up in seniority as this team evolves around you.

The role
- Support end users across a variety of IT platforms and applications
- Remotely support and onboard new platforms and technologies
- Aid in an integration project that will test all of your technical acumen
- Cover a variety of shifts from 0630 – 1800
- Confidently resolve users’ IT issues in a professional, manner ensuring them you are on the case and working to fix their problems
Needed to succeed
- Grasp new concepts and technologies quickly and be able to research and apply them to real-world business requirements, then be prepared to rebuild it again when a better solution presents itself
- Strong Windows experience is required
- Any familiarity with financial trading applications would be of great benefit
- Be able to commit to on-site work
