The Role:
As a Java Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a squad of 5-8 engineers across backend, frontend, and testing. You will leverage your expertise in Java, Spring, REST, AWS, TDD, BDD, MongoDB, Agile, Jenkins, and Git to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of critical features.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews.
- Participate in gathering requirements, solution design, and the full SDLC process.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java development with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to make a real impact.
