How you will spend your time as our next Junior Business Analyst PLM:
In this role, you’ll contribute to developing and implementing Intersnack Group’s IT solutions, with a focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.
What you will do:
- Assist in integrating new software into our systems, validate functional requirements, and ensure compliance.
- Provide First and Second Line technical support to completion.
- Help translate business requirements into practical solutions and create technical designs and documentation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and report to the Group Solution Owner (GSO).
- Support the rollout of IT solutions across European and global plants.
- Ensure IT business system solutions meet strategic and process needs.
- Provide daily business support and assist in managing the support unit.
- Document internal IT processes and update application configurations.
What we expect of you:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with PLM solutions is preferred.
- Experience with business applications, especially in the Food & Beverage PLM domain, is a plus.
- Interest and ability in using Information systems. Ensure delivery of PLM Support Requests are managed in an efficient and timely way and in accordance with the Group Support Procedure.
- Exposure to working with IT application service providers is a plus.
- Interest in multi-phase global implementations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
