Enterprise Mobility is currently looking for candidates to join our Junior Data Scientist/Business Intelligence Analyst internship program at Enterprise Mobility’s European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. Our internship program allows students the opportunity to obtain valuable, applicable work experience in a fast-paced, and challenging environment. Join our team and you’ll have the opportunity to put your analytical skills to work on one of the largest and richest data sets available in our market; modelling complex business problems and deploying data solutions that we’re certain will have the power to transform and improve our business.
Responsibilities
You will be joining a fun, hard-working, and rewarding community of like-minded individuals that is the recently formed European Analytics Centre of Excellence team, based in our European HQ in Egham.
Central to your role will be exploratory data analysis, generating hypothesis and extracting actionable insights. As you can imagine, being the largest global mobility provider in the world also means that we generate an enormous amount of data. You therefore need to be able to confidently extract, clean, and manipulate both structured and unstructured datasets, with the aim of successfully informing decisions on a weekly basis.
To succeed, you’ll be intellectual curious and a creative thinker. You’ll have a highly collaborative mindset, comfortable with working with your team to deliver solutions, whilst prioritising your own workload at the same time.
Qualifications
- Must be a current university student looking to undertake an industrial placement year; area of study should be within a quantitative field
- A specific demonstratable interest in Data Science
- Experience with coding languages such as: SQL, SAS, R, Python, Julia, C++, etc.
- Highly numerate and analytical

- Hours: 40 per week
- Salary: £20,000 per annum
- Duration: The internship will run from the July 2024 to the July 2025

We accept applications for our Placement Programme from undergraduate university students that are due to take undertake a placement year starting summer 2024, regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our interviews based on how you perform against the competencies that are required for your role.
