Job description: Junior Digital Customer Comms Executive | £350-300 Per Day | (Inside IR35) | Hybrid (London)Xcede are looking for a junior/associate Customer Comms Executive for a rolw with a Technical/CRM based client, where you’ll work with their creative team in shipping out email marketing content. In this role, you’ll work closely with the team of communication specialists, lifecycle managers and content teams across the business.The responsibilities for this role include:
- Supporting the team to improve the customer retention rates, customer experience and increase conversion.
- Managing the day to day campaign, adhering to the contact strategy.
- Measure metrics such as recurring revenue, time to conversion and others.
This role would be a great fit if you have:
- Experience working within Saas/Tech/CRM or FMCG companies.
- Experience in digital email marketing campaigns in a high-voume campaign output.
- Highly motivated and dilligent approach.
