We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Junior Print Designer to join our Sleepwear and Lingerie Team, this designer should have experience in slogans/placements and conversational print designs. You will be part of a function that is responsible for delivering outstanding print design across our lingerie and sleepwear department. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design and willing to push the print handwriting to the next level. You will work as part of an enthusiastic and fast-paced team, delivering beautiful and contemporary print solutions across the BU.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Take ownership of a product category, and design print under the direction of the Senior Print designer
  • Contribute to trend research and identify and communicate key print opportunities for the BU
  • Work with designers to ensure prints meet the aesthetic requirements of the product, considering scale, fabric substrate and price point.
  • Deliver all print requirements to meet BU critical path dates
  • Utilise proficiency In Design IT applications to optimise the quality of design work e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, 3ddi etc

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Expert in the field of print design with design experience within the Retail industry
  • Strong design and CAD skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience in creating print ready artwork for production. Including repeat and colour separation, with an understanding of print techniques and fabrics.
  • Challenge print handwriting and push boundaries within the BU
