Works with client and the Logistics team to gather and analyse business requirements for the support and configuration of SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management, as well as also having the flexibility / willingness to explore other areas of SAP Logistics related functionality. Understands the business processes of the functional area and participates in the configuration, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of SAP modules to align with business requirements. Participates in problem identification and assists in developing solutions.

Clearance

Due to nature of the accounts, individual will either hold Security Clearance or be able to hold. Criteria includes being a British Citizen with no dual citizenships/OCI Overseas Cards and has lived in the UK for the last 5 years consecutively.

Essential Job Functions

Gathers and analyses user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs and functionality of the Procurement / Warehouse Management modules. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client with AS-IS and TO_BE process flows.

Works with business users to configure / customise SAP to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Defines initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options.

Understands processes, reporting requirements and user interfaces impacted by the SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management functionality.

Identifies modifications and recommends and applies changes as appropriate.

Experience supporting SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management functions, that also includes the communication and interaction with technical teams and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements.

Basic Qualifications

Procurement / Warehouse Management experience in business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experience

Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives.

Ideally SAP certified, or willing to complete certification.

Other Desired Skills

Experienced in writing and executing relevant test scenarios.

Problem solving skills to identify, take ownership, analyse and assist in solving business application problems in an ERP environment.

Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.

Work Environment

Work From Home, with a requirement to attend client meetings on an adhoc basis.

May occasionally be required to work evenings / weekends / bank holidays.
