The Key Account Manager is responsible for:
- Support key customers with high strategic importance for the Aircraft Component Services division
- Be responsible for revenues and results as well as securing and expanding sales and contribution margins; independently prepare and review offers and business plans, coordinate them across divisions and, if necessary, prepare submissions to the Executive Board
- Ensure service delivery, identify potential for improvement and develop and implement measures to optimise and increase customer satisfaction
- Draft and negotiate contracts in cooperation with the business units and the central sales department
- Manage national and international customer service employees within the framework of providing services for the customer

Requirements
The ideal Key Account Manager should meet the following requirements:
- Good knowledge of business administration basics as well as technical understanding
- Professional experience in sales, customer service, logistics or materials management
- Fluent in English; other languages, particularly German, desirable
- High level of service readiness and customer orientation
- Negotiating skills, assertiveness and high persuasiveness
- Intercultural competence
- We cannot provide visa sponsorship or relocation costs for applicants for this position, therefore all potential future colleagues must provide their eligibility to work in the UK at the recruitment stage
