The AMRCs Partnership model is the cornerstone of the organisation. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring the organisation provides the greatest possible benefit to its partners and wider network.
Working in the Partnership Engagement team and directly supporting the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a collaborative relationship engagement plan for your allocated industrial partner company, or companies. You will promote collaboration and harness the potential of the membership to facilitate high impact outcomes for the partnership.
You will be responsible for managing the partner(s) annual membership, arranging and facilitating relationship road mapping and running a calendar of partner events to maintain an active and integrated engagement with your partner Company (or companies). You will act as a key point of contact on a day to day basis to ensure that the partner(s) has a positive experience when working with the AMRC.
For the role, you will need to have a good honours degree and a good working knowledge of high value manufacturing sectors. Proven experience of working with translation research and development organisations is also highly desirable, and demonstrable ability to develop and manage strategic relationship and engagements is key.
