Job description: Are you an experienced Landscape Planner seeking a new opportunity to make a positive impact?Join an esteemed consultancy in Edinburgh and become a pivotal part of a landscape planning team dedicated to sustainable development and resilience.About the Role:As Senior / Principal Landscape Planner, you’ll collaborate with a talented team on a diverse array of projects, ranging from sustainable development initiatives to climate change mitigation efforts.Your responsibilities will include project managing a wide range of projects, delivering high quality outputs and written reports, contributing to tenders and work winning activities while building and managing your team. Your expertise will be crucial in liaising with clients and specialists to ensure timely project delivery and further business development.This is a great opportunity to explore and get to know new places, travelling to some of the remotest corners of the UK, whilst working on an expanding portfolio of challenging and high-profile projects.You’ll be joining a supportive and inspiring company that share a passion and purpose, and pride themselves on flexibility and inclusion. Values-driven and people-centered, you’ll experience a warm and positive working culture that’s hard to match!Salary & Benefits:This is a permanent position, based out of the Edinburgh office, with the flexibility of working remotely up to 3 days per week.Both full-time (37 hours) and part-time (30 hours) will be considered.You’ll enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £60,000 per annum, along with annual salary reviews and profit-sharing bonuses. - 4+ years of experience in UK Landscape Architecture, accompanied by a relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience managing and delivering LVIA work, preferably within renewable energy or local government sectors
- Experience in or contributing to tenders/work-winning activities; client liaison and stakeholder engagement
- Team leadership experience
- Proficiency in photography and relevant software
- A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel
