Are you an Engineer with technical expertise in Battery Integration looking to take the step up in your career and become the go-to-expert for this prestigious automotive companies battery development roadmap?

In this role you will act an the Lead Engineer responsible for battery integration and validation for this companies public service vehicles (PSV). You will be responsible for co-ordinating the companies electrification roadmap and consult with multiple teams on how best to utilise the technology, staying up to date with latest industry developments, rationalising parts and designs.

This company are the global leader in the manufacture of Public Service Vehicles, increasing their market share year on year. They continue to dominate their competitive market and are responsible for some of the most iconic and recognisable designs.

This role would suit an Engineer who has worked on the integration and validation of batteries looking for a role offering plenty of authority and responsibility as the go-to technical expert.

The Role:

• Being the lead authority and go-to technical expert for battery technology
• Developing roadmaps for the integration and validation of designs
• Creating technical specifications for design and development
• Coming up with solutions for complex issues
• Hybrid working, 3 days in a Farnborough based site

The Person:

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or similar
• Knowledge of Battery Integration and Validation
