We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Skills Manager to join our vibrant team. While specific industry backgrounds such as Lift Truck, Powered Access, or Automotive are advantageous, we prioritize candidates with extensive operational management expertise in apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operational aspects of apprenticeship programs, ensuring their effective management and implementation.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering partnerships with employers, and nurturing a supportive learning environment for apprentices.
• Leading and motivating a team of educators and trainers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Collaborating with various departments to develop innovative curriculum strategies and initiatives that align with industry demands.
• Monitoring and evaluating program performance, implementing improvements for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in operational management within apprenticeships is essential.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving shared goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building partnerships and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset to drive innovation in skills development.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Points 36-41 (£38,826 – £44,996)
