Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Humanitarian Action within UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science.

Applications are invited for an academic post in Humanitarian Action in the UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science (www.ucd.ie/agfood). The appointee, at Lecturer/ Assistant Professor level, will be a member of the UCD Centre for Humanitarian Action (UCD CHA) (www.ucd.ie/cha). The UCD CHA is committed to providing teaching and research in humanitarian action that aims to enhance professionalism in the delivery of humanitarian aid. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, research and administration within the UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science and the UCD CHA.

Salary: 95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above The Bar (7943) €64,112 – €101,524 per annum.

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines

Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on the 15th of July 2025.
