About the role
You will support our apprentices and develop their knowledge and skills in the accounting industry. Student knowledge is delivered using our online system, so the professional coach will provide support and mentoring to ensure that all achieve to the best of their abilities.
You will have responsibility for a caseload of accounting apprentices, ranging from Level 2 – 4. The role is a blended learning model with elements of classroom learning, online knowledge delivery and individual support.
About you
You will have industry experience in the accounting sector (qualified to at least Level 4 AAT standard) to apply industry insight into the knowledge that the apprentice is learning. Be an experienced mentor and coach, ideally in an apprenticeship or education setting, and be committed to providing outstanding customer service. Your strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills will mean you can work effectively with apprentices, employers and colleagues to get the best possible outcomes.
