Teaching and Scholarship

The School of Mathematics wishes to appoint a Lecturer to assist with the preparation, co-ordination delivery and support of a range of applied mathematics modules within the School.

The post-holder will be responsible for working as part of the team delivering our undergraduate programmes in mathematics. This will require providing academic support, lectures, tutorials and seminars, as well as pastoral support to the students.

This position is full-time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term for 12 months.

Salary range: £39,347 – £44,263 per annum (Grade 6). Appointments to roles at Cardiff University are usually made at the bottom of the scale unless in exceptional circumstances.
