Contract Type: Fixed Term – Maternity cover

We seek a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (AC2 / AC3) in Digital Media (1.0 FTE Maternity Cover) to join Media Academic Portfolio of Programmes, within the School of Design, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences, University of Greenwich, London. This is a unique opportunity to join a London-based creative school with a vision to impact the world by focusing on sustainable development goals and addressing diversity and inclusion issues. 

This is a position for a core member of the team teaching across media theoretical and practical strands. Post-holder will be located in the Media Portfolio at the School of Design, and will play an important role in teaching and research of the portfolio. For this role, we are looking for an interdisciplinary digital media specialist for teaching across a range of modules, including Media Context, Research Methods and Aesthetics and Practice. Experience in delivering creative media practices and media theory teaching is essential, as well as openness to interdisciplinarity approaches.
