Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer in Hospitality & Catering to join our team, based within our award-winning Gaskells training restaurant, where you will provide outstanding teaching across levels 1 – 3 within the area of Hospitality and Catering.
As a Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering, this will involve the delivery of practical sessions in both kitchens and the restaurant, supported by theory delivery. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Pastry and Confectionery.

As a Lecturer in Hospitality & Catering, you should have:
- Pastry or equivalent L4 Diploma in Pastry & Confectionery
- GCSE A*-C / 9 – 4 in English and Maths or equivalent
- Assessor and IQA qualifications
- Experience of working with 16-18 year olds, ideally in a teaching capacity
- An up-to-date knowledge of the relevant curriculum relating to catering diplomas
