With a combined turnover of circa £85m and the ambitious growth plans of the group, there has never been a better time to join this exciting organisation.Abou the roleWe are currently seeking an experienced flexible, qualified Lecturer to join out “Outstanding” SEND team, to teach across a wide range of subjects including Employability Maths, English, Personal and Social Development Travel Training, ICT, Media, and Independent Living. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to use their excellent teaching and skills to provide an outstanding learning experience for our learners with a range of SEND ranging from severe to moderate.The ideal candidate will be required to manage a small employability programme, preparing learners to progress into the wider college.Applicants should hold a full teaching qualification and be highly experienced in working with learners with a range of SEND. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire both students and staff. You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.
