The Sheffield Institute of Social Sciences at Sheffield Hallam University is looking to appoint a Lecturer in Town Planning.

You will teach on our urban planning courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, as well as Degree Apprenticeships.

You will have relevant experience in Planning, and evidence of ongoing professional development.

A postgraduate qualification, and/or substantial professional experience commensurate with the role in a relevant discipline, is also essential.

We offer a diverse range of benefits and opportunities to pursue a rewarding and fulfilling career in a supportive environment.

You will be contractually enrolled into the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) – one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.
