We currently have a vacancy (0.2 FTE/ 1 day a week) available on a fixed term contract until 31 December 2024.
About the role
The faculty wishes to recruit a part-time Clinical Supervisor / Tutor with expertise and knowledge in working with children with Autism and Learning Disabilities to support the delivery of the Children and Young Peoples’ (CYP) IAPT Psychological Therapies for Children and Young People with Autism and/or Learning Disability training programme within the Clinical Education Development and Research (CEDAR) department.
About you
The successful applicants will have experience and knowledge in working therapeutically with young people and their families with autism and learning disabilities. They will have knowledge and experience of adapting cognitive behavioural therapy and parenting interventions with this client group. The role will involve supporting trainees by delivery of supervision, knowledge and clinical skills tutorials mainly online. The course currently takes place on Wednesdays and Thursdays, the successful candidates will need to be available on Thursday’s during term time.
