Their clients range from entrepreneurs, SMEs, and high net-worth individuals, enabling them to achieve their respective business objectives.The firm provides a full spectrum of business advisory services including; taxation, accountancy, financial services, legal expertise, business consultancy, and digital marketing. The diverse team of consultants collaborates harmoniously to ensure the most efficient and seamless experience for every client.The company is currently in an exciting phase of development, with plans to expand the In-House legal team by hiring three more professionals within the next 12 months. This presents an ideal opportunity to become a part of a forward-thinking business solutions project.The RoleAs a Legal Counsel, your role will involve close collaboration with the Legal Director, primarily focusing on a range of legal responsibilities, including; Commercial Contracts, Compliance, Real Estate, Stakeholder Management, Data Protection and much more.The breadth of the company’s work allows you the freedom to align your focus with specific departments that pique your interest. You will also liaise regularly with external counsel and the executive management team.Requirements:2-6 PQE & Commercial legal experienceQualified as a solicitor in the UK.The ability to work proactively within a team and independently when necessary.This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a growing legal team situated in North London, at a time when the business is poised for further expansion and success

Expected salary: £65000 per year
