Are you a qualified Solicitor seeking a new challenge and interim role?
Our client, a financial services firm, is recruiting for a Legal Counsel to join them on a 10-month basis to cover maternity leave.
The role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and offers a hybrid office/remote working model.
Skills/Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor in Scotland or England
- Proven experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
Core Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide variety of commercial contracts
- Draft best practice notes on topical issues for use across the firm
- Maintain processes, policies, guidance and templates
- Assist in training
