Job description: A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established award-winning law firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre to work within the firm’s client services team.

**This role is full time office based, 35 hours a week on a Rota basis covering the hours from 8am to 7pm**

You will be working within a busy team where you will be liaising with new clients, taking initial information and communicating with internal departments ensuring accurate information is taken with regards to new client enquiries.

You will be required to have excellent customer service skills and have experience working within a telephone-based role, an understanding of different areas of law would be beneficial.

Duties:

  • Approach enquiries with a sales-minded attitude to identify opportunities
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the departments within the firm and the type(s) of work that they primarily deal with
  • Communicate with clients regarding their legal queries and guide them to the appropriate department
  • Consistently obtain and process all essential client information accurately on the Proclaim system
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to build trust and ensure repeat custom and client recommendations
  • Liaising with clients via phone calls, email and text messaging to capture business.
