Job description: This Legal Finance Biller position will give you the opportunity to join an established, growing law firm, based in City of London.As the Legal Finance Biller your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of accurate and timely invoices.
- Liaising with the wider finance team to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborating with client-facing teams to resolve any billing queries.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Supporting the department with ad-hoc finance-related tasks.
- Continuously improving billing processes and procedures.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Permanent position, based in City of London|Hybrid workingThe successful candidate will have:
- Experience in billing positions (legal billings is highly desirable)
- Experience using billing systems (Elite 3E highly desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Problem solving and proactive outlook
- Ability to hit the ground running, working both in a team and independently
