Our client, a global asset manager, is recruiting for a Legal Operations Associate to join them on 1 year contract basis.
Our client is based in Edinburgh’s city centre and work 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely.
Skills/Experience:
- Legal document management experience
- Legal research and analysis experience
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department
- Work with legal teams and stakeholders to address and or improve workflows and processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement legal technology tools to streamline
- Maintain and enhance legal department metrics and reporting systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in legal operations and recommend innovative solutions
