Role Purpose
You will be a dedicated staff member working directly with TAP Portugal UK Manager, Ensure service delivery is maintained as per TAP Portugal SLA
What you will be doing
- Ensure accurate processing of documentation in all areas according to operational procedures. Manage special handling of items such as HUM, DGR, VUN, VAL, and Radioactive material. Carry out Dangerous Goods checks and adhere to IATA and carrier regulations.
- Ensure final figures are sent in accordance with SLAs. Liaise with Operations Staff to guarantee the meeting of all SLAs for TAP Portugal.
- Perform day-to-day clerical operations. Achieve a high level of service and productivity.
- Provide the TAP Portugal UK Manager with accurate and up-to-date product and service information. Liaise with clerical Supervisors to ensure everyone is fully informed.
- Manage irregularities effectively and efficiently. Report irregularities via Hermes Service Management and Service Recovery. Report all irregularities via IRP messages when required.

What we are looking for
- 3+ years in cargo and warehouse operations
- Experience and proven track record working within the air cargo industry
- Proven track record of delivery against KPIs and SLA’s
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Good customer service and organisational skills.
