Job description: Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a West London based Council on the hiring of 2 experience Pension Advisors that will be based from the office just once per week.

You MUST have Local Government Pension Scheme experience to be considered for these roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with scheme employers
  • Calculating and checking that pensionable remuneration has been correctly determined for deferred retirement benefits, actual retirement benefits & interfund adjustments
  • Authorisation of retirement grants, contribution refunds, transfers, and death grants
  • Providing training to more junior members of the team.

In return for your experience you will receive all traditional public sector benefits which does include a very healthy Pension scheme.
