Remote working

£55-65 per hour

Locum Construction Contract Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in the South West region for a period of 3 months initially and the view to extend thereafter.

Our client is ideally seeking a non-contentious construction lawyer with:

  • Comprehensive understanding of, and experience of, drafting NEC and JCT Contracts
  • Experience of working on a varied caseload of high-value infrastructure projects
  • Ability to provide high quality legal and procurement advice (Ideally have experience of working for the public sector or advising public sector clients, including advising on the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and dealing with procurements via Framework Agreements)

You will be be part of a small committed and driven team and will be working on some interesting projects across the service.

This role can be a remote working role. Those seeking full or part time work will be considered.
