Job description: Locum Prosecutions LawyerLondon Borough CouncilHybrid working arrangementThis is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Prosecutions Lawyer to work within a well-regarded London Borough Council on a locum basis.Our client is looking for a Locum Prosecutions Lawyer with some local authority experience to join their friendly and welcoming team.This role is offering an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to be extended. This is a full-time role and the successful candidate will have to attend the office twice per week and attend court as and when needed.The main duties of this role include handling a full caseload of prosecutions matters including:
- Planning
- Education
- Environmental Protection
- Trading Standards
- Environmental Housing issues
Our client is seeking a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government as a Prosecutions Lawyer.
