Job description: A Logistics Administrator is required by a market leading and growing import specialist based in Warwick. The successful candidate will join a small yet talented office based team who operate in a fast paced environment. Reporting into the Logistics Manager this position will provide administrative support for the import process.Any experience with Sage / SAP or similar would be useful.Part-time positions could be consideredA salary of up to £28,000 is available depending on experience.Location – Warwick, WarwickshireSalary – up to £28,000 plus benefitsThere is the option of remote working for a couple of days per week if needed.What you will be doing:

  • Invoice administration
  • Supplier management
  • Import administration i.e customs clearance
  • Processing of shipping documentation
  • Transport planning
  • Stock control
  • Liaison with relevant agencies when required

What you will need:

  • Strong administration skills and experience
  • Experience in a logistics / import position would be useful
  • Excellent computer literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy
