Fantastic Opportunity – Our client based in Basingstoke who are an Aerospace Logistics Company are looking for a reliable Logistics Admin Assistant to join their friendly team on a temporary part time Basis.

Role includes:

  • Part of the operations team who provide administrative support to Honeywell Aerospace.
  • You will be responsible for shipping customers repair orders using the SAP system.
  • Booking in inbound customer units for repair.
  • Working closely with the customer the team is an integral part of the operation.
  • Resolving and escalating customer process holds.
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Following standard operating procedures to provide a high-quality service.
  • Comply with all company policies, including health and safety.

The Person.

  • Minimum of 6 months experience/Knowledge of SAP
  • PC Literate-Good outlook and excel skills.
  • Strong communicative and written English Skills.
  • Knowledge of export compliance an advantage but not essential.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Training will be provided.
  • No qualifications needed for this role.

Monday to Friday 25 hours week 11.00am till 16.00pm
