Job description: We are looking for a dedicated D2C (Direct to Consumer) Logisitcs and Operations Coordinator who is adept at handling logistics operations in the FMCG industry. You will be instrumental in streamlining processes, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and providing excellent customer service.As Logistics and Operations Coordinator you will be reporting into Head of Supply Chain and can expect to have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and order fulfilment for direct to consumer operations.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing queries and concerns.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products, maintaining the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with supply chain to manage inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Prepare regular reports on D2C operations for senior management.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the D2C model.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to handle returns and refunds.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards in the FMCG industry.
Previous logistics and supply chain within a E-commerce enviroment|Previous experience setting up workflows is highly desiredThe successful Logistics and Operations Coordinator based in Slough will come with the following skillset:
- A strong understanding of Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical skills to manage inventory and produce detailed reports – Excel experience required (Vlook-ups, Pivot tables etc.)
- Proven ability to coordinate logistics and fulfil orders on time.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Some travel required (adhoc basis)

- £35k Basic Salary
- Hybrid (3 days in office Tues and Wed core days) – Monday to Friday working days
- Shuttle bus from train station as well as on site parking
- Lunch vouchers
Expected salary: £30000 per year
