Job description: We are currently looking for a Logistics & Operations Executive to support the Logistics Director with the day to day running of current and upcoming campaigns globally – with our key markets being USA, Canada and the U.K.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great attention to detail, time management skills and have excellent communication skills. You will also have experience working with Databases, Excel and Outlook and be capable of using all functions e.g. mail merge.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with global partners and arrange receipt of samples with out partner networks across the world (ranging from ambient, chilled & frozen products)
- Assist in planning, pricing and finalising the sample distribution within a budget
- Monitor day to day distribution and problem solve any issues
- Research and develop new leads and relationships
- To grow and improve our networks of partners
- Support the Operations Team
- Administration duties
- Accounts duties
Requirements
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Logistics / Distribution / Inventory Control experience desirable
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Numeracy essential skills
- Ability to multitask
- High level of attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
