Shipping and Logistics Coordinator

£25,000 – £29,000
Office Based
37.5 hours a week with early finish on Friday

Temporary role with a view to go permanent

Elevation Recruitment are working on behalf of a dynamic Manufacturing Business, in the recruitment of a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Production and Customer Service teams with day-to-day coordination. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent administrative skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities of the Shipping and Logistics Coordinator:

  • Manage packaging, labelling, and shipping processes efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project plans and changes
  • Advise and assist the logistics team with exporting and shipping
  • Use ERP to keep updated packing lists
  • Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date and made aware of any issues

Experience needed of the Shipping and Logistics Coordinator:

  • Strong administration experience
  • High attention to detail with proven experience of checking documents such as invoices and shipping documentation
  • Exceptional communication skills including Client liaison and working closely with suppliers
  • Problem management skills
  • Worked in a customer-centric service environment
