Job description: Logistics SpecialistFunction: Supply ChainLocation: LisburnContract: Fixed Term ContractABOUT YOUR NEW JOBAs a Logistics Back Office Specialist, you are responsible for cleansing & releasing of DSD orders, stock management, order taking for specific and large customers and service requests.Key is developing internal and external customer relationships, working within the wider Customer Logistics Team and cross functionally to ensure customer order fulfilment and internal reporting on stock & orders while working collectively to achieve departmental KBIs based on a growth mindset.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for day to day stock control management for all DSD customers
- Cleanse and release of daily orders placed in SAP
- Ensure order accuracy
- Responsible for placing orders for specific accounts and managing the relationships with these Customers & Key Account Managers
- Play an active role in delivery of team, function and company KBIs through stretching departmental goals and personal objectives
- Partner with all Internal Stakeholders: Commercial, Distribution and Demand & Supply Planning to enable us to deliver departmental goals
- Work with wider Customer Logistics Team to fine tune end to end processes to ensure that all orders can be processed quickly
- Ensuring a best in class Customer Experience is achieved
- Manage issues as and when they arise in a professional and timely manner
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?Essential Criteria
- Min 2 years experience within a customer service or FMCG sales environment
- Good commercial awareness with strong business acumen
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with strong organising and planning skills
- Professional, articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- A proven team player with an excellent customer service approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- IT Literate with a knowledge of SAP Systems (or similar)
- 4 GCSE passes including Maths and English
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment to achieve personal and team objectives
- Leads and strives to deliver high performance
- Ability to absorb and use a lot of information in a short period of time
- Passion, enthusiasm and energy
Desired Criteria
- A working knowledge of the CCHBC business
- Third level qualification
- An ability to understand SAP information systems & reporting
