Job description: The Booking and scheduling Coordinator at Showforce is responsible for managing and coordinating the scheduling and booking of event crew, for various events and productions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Permanent / Full Time
- Location: Stratford
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Account Management team to understand staffing requirements for upcoming events and productions.
- Coordinate with the roster of event crew to ensure availability and suitability for specific projects.
Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, and event crew.
- Provide clear and timely communication regarding booking details, schedules, and any changes or updates.
Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule/calendar of upcoming events, including all relevant details (e.g., dates, times, locations, roles).
- Ensure that crew are aware of their schedules in advance and address any conflicts or issues promptly.
- Provide solutions to accommodate last-minute changes.
- Flexible and willing to work out of hours and weekends when required (this will be on a rota basis)
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings, including contracts, agreements, and contact information on our CRM.
- Ensuring CRM database is up to date, along with crew HR records.
- Previous experience in booking and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of London and TFL network.

Expected salary: £22000 – 25000 per year
