Job description: The role of logistics coordinator will be to ensure the smooth running of the claims process with their clients. This will require a good knowledge of SAP (order to cash), an analytical mindset and good teamwork skills.

  • Effectively manage and process customer claims
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processing procedures
  • Inventory management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel up to VLOOKUP level
  • Ideally a background in FMCG
