Job description: The role of logistics coordinator will be to ensure the smooth running of the claims process with their clients. This will require a good knowledge of SAP (order to cash), an analytical mindset and good teamwork skills.
- Effectively manage and process customer claims
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processing procedures
- Inventory management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel up to VLOOKUP level
- Ideally a background in FMCG
