What’s the job?
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll make sure everything moves smoothly. You report to the Logistics Manager and work from their site in Pocklington.

What you’ll do:

  • Stick to safety rules and company values.
  • Team up with freight folks, carriers, and agents to handle road and sea bookings.
  • Talk to global offices and the European Business Centre about orders.
  • Get sales orders sorted for the UK, EU, and beyond, making sure things arrive on time.
  • Sort out paperwork for dispatch and shipping.
  • Pay those freight bills on time.
  • Handle customer questions pronto.
  • Work within our Quality System and follow our way of working.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You know your way around logistics, especially road and container freight.
  • You’re a pro with MS Office – Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Paying attention to details? That’s your thing.
  • You’re organized, manage time well, and can juggle tasks.
  • Great with words, spoken and written.
  • SAP knowledge is a bonus, but we’ll teach you.
  • Team player alert – you’re ready to jump in and help out.
