What you’ll do

Realise Business Changes

Increase the efficiency and capabilities of Group Technology Sourcing Logistics, via tool and system change projects.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that we optimise and promote innovations and transformations (processes, tools, systems) through change programmes.

Recording of requirements

Execution of tests

Assurance of data quality

Accountabilities

Identify efficiency improvements – within tools and systems.

Evaluate and interpret internal as well as external enquiries regarding changes on feasibility, potential for improvement and effort in the logistics processes

Plan, coordinate and implement necessary steps for realisation of change projects

Plan, coordinate and implement necessary steps for realisation of change projects.

Plan and execute test scenarios.

Support Group Technology Operations

Support of operational business with complex inquiries about Logistics processes, tools and systems

Cooperation within the team, other areas and at group level

Ensure representation and support of other team members.

Ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

Term-internal communication and coordination

Continuous development of systems knowledge and Computacenter internal End-to-End processes

What you’ll need

Essential

At least three-year logistics training or comparable qualification

At least 3 years of experience in similar position

Good command of written and spoken English / French

Good written and spoken communication skills

Sound IT knowledge in SAP WM, SD & MM / SAP EWM

Good knowledge of logistics tools (WMS, TMS) and functionalities (EDI)

Good knowledge of global supply chain processes (logistics, sales & purchasing)

Good knowledge of warehouse operations

Strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests at the same time

Ability to act both independently and as part of a team

Analytical and systematic action competence and way of thinking

Motivated and able to motivate others – Good time management – Good interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations

Initiative to develop and expand knowledge

Desirable

Computacenter experience in internal processes, systems, tools and platforms

Experience in small scale project management

Team-oriented working and thinking

Conversational French knowledge

Willingness to travel

Critical Success Factors

Understanding of one’s own role function in day-to-day business in relation to the overall process

Establishment of an internal network to ensure a smooth process flow

Implementation of change projects within the given time and budget

Cooperate as a team and taking the initiative to develop further
