Morson Talent are currently looking to recruit a number of Defence Logistics Instructors to work for one of our prestigious Aerospace/Defence Clients.

Applicants will need to have the following:

• The minimum qualification requirement for individuals delivering workplace training is to have completed a single Service (sS) Defence Workplace Trainer (DWT) course unless they have previously completed Defence Train The Trainer (DTTT)/DTTTv2 or an alternative suitable defence standard.
• Hold an equivalent civilian qualification to that stated above for example, Level 4 Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong learning Sector (CTLLS).
• Experience of delivering training to both military and civilian MOD personnel.
• Significant previous experience of delivering IS training using a variety of media, including software simulations.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills; can effectively communicate business and technical information across the organisation; with a diverse group of end users.
• Teamwork skills, to positively contribute to a high morale / high-performance team.

Desirable Skill Requirements

• Understanding and experience of the MOD as a customer.
• Understanding and experience of MOD Inventory Management

This is in support of the BtG programme and is for the provision of training instructor resources in support of the BIWMS+ (R4) project.
