• Supervise and direct logistics team in Kidderminster.
• Streamline and manage logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Implement cost-effective strategies for logistics management.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
