Job description: We are actively looking to recruit logistics, warehouse and transport professionals for an exciting new role as a Logistics Team Leader in Nottingham!
As a Logistics Team Leader you will be responsible for a 100,000 sq.ft. warehouse including all health & safety and operations. On a daily basis, you will report into the Warehouse Manager, based at the Nottingham site. You will also have responsibility for the following areas:
- Operational warehouse managing for 12 employees on a daily basis.
- Responsibility for all warehouse functions such as warehouse inbound, pick, pack, outbound and replenishment.
- All health & safety – such as RIDDOR, site audits, walkarounds, investigations etc.
- Responsibility for continuous improvement such as GEMBA walks and any Kazien improvements.
- Staff management such as RTW, 1-2-1’s, absence management.

The successful Logistics Team Leader will have an array of experience in warehousing, logistics and/or transport. You will also have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Warehousing & Logistics
- Experience of managing upwards of 10+ warehouse operational employees
- Career history in the SME or manufacturing sector of logistics
- Commutable to Nottingham on a daily basis.

- £25,300-£30.180 annual salary
