Responsibilities
MAFI are seeking a Low Code Developer to join our talented team and play a crucial role in our digital transformation initiative. We are looking for a candidate who a strong understanding of software development principles and translate business requirement into applications.
In this role you will be utilizing a low code to design, develop and maintain applications that support MAFI’s digital transformation projects, as well as ensuring software quality, consistency and maintainability by unit testing, code peer testing and developer testing. While also collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate coding applications with various systems.
We need a candidate who maintains critical thinking skills, exceptional initiative, resilience, and a passion for digital transformation. Innovation and adaptability should be illustrated throughout the role as you will be faced with technical challenges in the integration process, so resilience is key. Communication and being initiative-taking is also a crucial skill as you will be introducing improvements using low-code solutions and collaborating closely with team member to do so.
There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian. The post holder will be expected to lead and take part in prayer and biblical reflection and to be a role model for the organisation in accordance with our Christian beliefs and standards in the work place.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience and a solid understanding of integration techniques
- Demonstrated experience in delivering wireframes, design mock-ups, vision boarding, user workflows, functional specifications, and style guidelines.
- Working with Agile Software Development model
- Experience with RDBMS, including SQL Server
- Knowledge in object-orientates or model-driven development
- Proven experience of Low-Code Developer role
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
- Hold a Rapid Developer certification
