Job description: We are looking for a dedicated Management Accountant who will be responsible for leading the accounting and finance department in a not-for-profit organisation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and the ability to provide financial insights for strategic decision making.
- Lead the Accounting & Finance department in the organisation.
- Prepare financial statements and monthly management accounts.
- Analyse financial data and provide valuable financial insights.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Participate in financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Mentor and support team members in the Accounting & Finance department.

A successful Management Accountant should have:
