Job description: As a Management Accountant you will join our Finance team and provide day to day support to the management accounts team to provide up to date records of all financial aspects. The role is full time, permanent and hybrid – 3 days a week in the office in London.

  • Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models, providing guidance to department heads and executives.
  • Assess and review financial controls, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Support audits and tax filings, liaising with external accounting firms and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Provide financial guidance to department heads and executives, developing key performance indicators and tracking results to support business objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements, incorporating these into financial policies and procedures as required.
  • Management of all HMRC Financial Accounts.
  • Managing Month end process
  • Manage group intercompany recharges and reconciliations on a monthly and annual basis

  • Must have experience working within Financial Services
  • 3 + years experience within Finance
  • Written & oral communication

A principal lender to SME’s. The client is backed by a specialised credit manager based in the United States and has secured funding for up to £100 million for their strategy and are actively looking for companies and management teams which to work.
